Capstone Advisors completes a $1 million revitalization of Mission Escondido, a prominent retail center in central Escondido. The 41,530-square-foot property at 201-205 W. Mission Ave. has received modern upgrades, including a contemporary design with a refreshed color palette, a standing-seam metal roof, drought-tolerant landscaping, electric vehicle charging stations, and updated signage and parking improvements. Initially acquired in 2011, this is Capstone’s second significant renovation of the center, which is fully leased to 14 diverse tenants.

Capstone Advisors sells Poway Valley Center, located in the heart of Poway, California for $11.6 million. Capstone completed a full renovation and repositioning of the center during its ownership and sold the property at 100% occupancy with a curated line up of 16 ‘daily needs’ tenants . The center was sold to a local investor who intends to hold the property long term.

Capstone Advisors adds the iconic Solana Beach Beachwalk Shopping Center to its ownership collection. The 55,580 sq ft. property is located on the Pacific Coast Highway in the highly desirable coastal neighborhood of Solana Beach, one block from the ocean.

Capstone Advisors expands its portfolio with the purchase of the Trail Crossing Shopping Center in South Jordan, Utah. The retail center is located at 5414 W. Daybreak Parkway and was constructed in 2017. The property is 38,397 square feet of retail shopping space spanning five buildings.

Capstone Advisors announces the closing by Toll Brothers of Griffin Estates. At purchase the property was entitled for 20 separate one-acre residential lots. Capstone completed a new entitlement process and Griffin Estates is now a new community consisting of 37 half-acre lots.
